Customers of Shoppartners have the right to exchange/return an article within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The customer will take care of the shipment costs for returning the goods. We will not take care of any costs when
we receive the returned goods. Goods only can returned in the original package and cannot be used or wearn.
If you want to exchange/return an product please follow the steps beneath:
1. Fill in the special exchange/return form and send it to our customer service.
2. Wait for an answer before sending the goods, in the answer we will explain how to handle further
3. After receiving the answer send us the goods within 5 working days.
